Most business brokers have real estate licenses but few commercial real estate agents are business brokers.
Most business brokers sell franchised businesses with owner-occupied real estate but few business brokers sell franchised business without it.
Franchise Answers™ enhances the value of both allied professions by specializing in the niche areas of tenant representation and franchise resales. Our network creates synergies for franchisors seeking to streamline ancillary transactions through the assistance of a national partner. We are seeking independent commercial real estate agents as well as business brokers and finance professionals to be part of our dynamic and aggressive real estate network.
Minimum Requirements:
At least three (3) years experience in investment real estate and/or business brokerage. Formal training in agency law (business brokerage and/or real estate) is required. Current and former Charlotte area business owners/operators are encouraged to apply.
Career Description:
Independent Franchise Advisors (IFA) will be responsible for the growth and development of the Franchise Answers™ brand in the Charlotte Metro Area. Qualified applicants will have experience representing retail clients with a particular focus on restaurant and small shop tenants. Applicants should be familiar with all phases of tenant representation including but not limited to market analysis, site review, lease negotiation, et cetera. Successful candidates will be proven self-starters with a demonstrated ability to produce in an entrepreneurial setting
